BB Contracts worked very closely with the design team from the earliest stages to develop the scheme, ensuring that the client’s design and budget criteria were met, whilst also protecting the building heritage requirements.

The works comprised a full strip out of six storeys, followed by complete Cat B refurbishment including open plan office spaces, glazed cellular meeting rooms, WCs, reception and ground floor showroom.

The building was also fully encased in scaffold to enable a complete overhaul of the external façade and roof repairs.
All resulting in a great end product and a very happy client!
