Dukes Avenue is a new 3,500ft2 Children’s Nursery in the leafy north-London suburb of Muswell Hill. Created from a converted GP Surgery, which was originally a Victorian House, this scheme was not without spatial challenges.

The experienced team at Kennedy Woods Architects managed to optimise the layout and, with the help of the team at BB Contracts, fashion an overall fit-out concept that met with the high-end expectations of the client team and at the same time keep the budget aligned with the parameters that had been set.

More schemes are in the pipeline with two expected to commence in early summer. BB Contracts have been involved on all schemes from the very early stages and have been able to help de-risk the project delivery and improve buildability matters as a result.
