Gail’s Bloomsbury was the 12th Gail’s project delivered by BB Contracts.
It involved a fit-out within a live hotel over 2 phases to strip out and refit a new coffee shop and Gail’s first restaurant, aptly named Gail’s Kitchen. The work included structural alterations to the rear of the building and removal of chimneys. It took 12 weeks to complete. The contract value was £350,000.
