F45 Training workouts are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body and to make you look, move and perform better in all aspects of your life.

The BB team mounted a series of TV’s on the front wall of the studio enabling an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout. With the guidance and motivation of the F45 Trainers, this system is a visual tool for their members to progress from exercise to exercise. With the newly laid gym floor, F45 branded signage across the new partition walls, exposed ceilings and top of the range downlights makes this sweaty experience all the better.

To round off an even better experience the BB team fitted a fresh F45 washroom equipped with everything you could possibly ask for including complimentary House 99 products for a post workout freshen up.
