The works included electrical and mechanical services to staff facilities, new steel feature stairs, unit subdivision and internal decorations. We worked closely with adjacent tenants in order to minimise disruption associated with the works.

We met a tight deadline to get the units ready in time for the Clerkenwell Design Week so that temporary pop-up offerings could make use of the finished space.
