Having worked with the Client and Consultant Team on a number of projects over the last 10 years, BB Contracts were asked to undertake this fast-track refurbishment based on their capability and can-do approach.
BB Contracts were appointed in May 2016 by Realstar Living to work on the refurbishment of a Student Accommodation Block situated in Shoreditch, London. The refurbishment was spread across eight floors with a total of 164 studios, plus the reception and common areas. The BB Contracts Team worked relentlessly throughout the summer term break to ensure the works were completed in good time for the start of the upcoming academic year.
