Full Refurbishment & Fit-Out of both restaurant, bar & boutique rooms. This project was divided into two phases to accommodate the needs of our clients.
A new restaurant with rooms situated in West Malling, sibling to The Swan up the road, and also the Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe in London. Features include an Orangery courtyard dining room, four boutique rooms named after Italian actors and food, including pizzas, from Fabio Moschini.
